Delete your account
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This page explains how to delete your Mamastops account and the personal data tied to it. It applies to both Mamastops apps:
- Mamastops (
com.mamastop.app) - Mamastops Radar (
com.mamastops.radar)
1. How to request deletion
Write to support@mamastops.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address or using the mobile number registered to the account. Tell us which app you use. We may ask one question to confirm you own the account before we act — we will never ask for your password or a one-time password.
We complete verified requests within 30 days. Radar accounts are issued by your organisation, so for those we confirm with your organisation's administrator before closing the account.
You do not need the app installed, or an active session, to make the request — email is enough.
2. What is deleted
- your name, email address, and mobile number;
- your profile photo;
- government identity details held for you — driver's licence and passport numbers — and any document images uploaded for you during registration;
- your bank account details;
- your sign-in credentials and session tokens;
- your support correspondence, subject to any legal hold.
3. What is retained, and why
Some records cannot be deleted on request, because we are required to keep them:
- Transaction and wallet records — retained for as long as tax, accounting, and financial record-keeping law requires in the country of the operating entity.
- Trip and consignment records — retained for commercial logistics and cross-border compliance. Where we can, we detach these from you and keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
- Data belonging to your organisation — orders, consignments, and vehicle telemetry belong to the company you work for, not to your personal account, and closing your account does not delete them. Ask your organisation about those.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the two routes above.
Full detail on what we collect and how long we keep it is in the Mamastops Privacy Policy and the Radar Privacy Policy.
